The fulfillment of a translation project by a team of professionals is organized in accordance with the following scheme:

All translators, editors, and proof-readers are professionals in their particular areas and possess large translation experience gained both in Russia and abroad, and special technical education. We conduct professional training of our personnel on a regular basis.
Quality control is an obligatory part of any project work. Each translated document is proof-read by a professional of the relevant field. Professional proof-readers then double-check the final document. Particular attention is paid to the terminology and the style.
Making-up is an integral part of the translation of any document. It is essential for the customer to have the translated document in the same format and outward appearance as the original. We guarantee to keep from disclosure any commercial, technical or any other information which became known to our Company in the course of preliminary negotiations, estimation of the fees, when fulfilling the translation assignment, and upon completion of the assignment, irrespective of the fact whether the Company and the customer have entered a confidentiality agreement. This provision holds true in relation to all our services, including written and oral translations, and polygraph works.
We assume the obligation to refrain from publishing the information on the site without the preliminary written consent of our customers, or in any other way disclosing the fact of our cooperation, including the name of the customer, the work volume, and any other similar information.
